Tesseracts can't be formed by the electromagnetic
force because that is a weak force that only acts on
short distances.  Gravity is even weaker but it does
act over long distances (I think infinity).  The only
way to form these tesseracts is by severe warping of
space/time, which would mean either extreme amounts of
matter and/or energy, which we don't have a means to
produce.  You are talking about energies that even our
Sun can't produce.
